Delivery Information

While many of our goods are made to order , so will be manufactured to order, so please allow up to 7 days for shipment. We will contact you if shipping is likely to be longer than this and give you the option of cancelling or amending your order.

Orders are usually shipped UK surface mail using Second Class Royal Mail service. Larger or bulkier orders are shipped using UPS  or similar carrier. Please use the order form or contact us if you have special delivery instructions. If you have problems with our carrier please contact us. When you receive goods please DO NOT sign for them as “received in satisfactory condition” or similar unless you have had a chance to inspect them. Let us or the carrier know immediately if you suspect transit damage.

If you need to return goods, please ensure that you pack them securely and use a secure carrier.

 

Delivery Schedule: 
We will normally send your order to you within 5 business days, sooner if we can supply from stock.

 

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Tax Charges
All our prices are shown inclusive of all taxes.

Nytack  Equestrian  products are designed and manufactured to last. If you believe our goods are faulty due to poor workmanship or material defects within one year of purchase we will gladly replace them. However, we reserve the right to reject claims for excessive wear and tear, malicious or accidental damage, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the claim may be fraudulent. We are only able to offer this guarantee to original purchasers.
