Returns

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us within 7 days of shipment in the original packaging for a full refund.
Please note that this provision does not extend to goods supplied that have been customised to your requirements, for example personalised embroidery, or specialised livery. We will notify you on acknowledgment of your order if this condition pertains.
Goods returned will be examined for damage or use. If the goods are found to be faulty under the Company’s warranty terms a replacement will be issued and carriage charges refunded.
